Trade Exhibitors

The 2024 National Shire Horse Show will take place on 8th, 9th and 10th March at Bingley Hall, Staffordshire County Showground, ST18 0BD.  All trade stands will be sited in Bingley Hall.

Trade stand Prices:  *Early bird prices (before 30/10/2023)  start from £165 (3m x 3m).  Additional metres are available as outlined on the application form.  All prices exclude VAT.

Please note we are unable to offer space to mobile catering units selling hot food/drinks, ice cream concessions at this Show as the venue has their own suppliers.  Other food traders offering food to take away from the show are welcome to apply.

Forms can be downloaded (below), completed, signed and returned together with payment, risk assessment form, valid in date public liability insurance certificate and data protection policy form to the Shire Horse Society (Trade stands), The Old Dairy, Rockingham Castle, Market Harborough, Leicestershire, LE16 8TH or email info@shire-horse.org.uk
