National Shire Horse Show
At the National Shire Horse Show, pedigree Shire horses will be put through their paces over three days of competition - giving horse lovers a unique insight into the gentle giants of the horse world.
The National Shire Horse Show is the opportunity to find out more about Shire horses, see them shown in style - in-hand, ridden and turned out - culminating in the prestigious King George V cup awarded to the most impressive stallion and a host of other trophies awarded over the weekend.

Heavy Horse Camp
The camp is open to all Heavy Horse Breeds, and is hosted by the Shire Horse Society. Every year, attendees meet new friends, learn new skills, have fun, and enjoy the opportunity to learn from, and ask questions of experts.
Everyone is welcome, with or without a horse as we have horses available for practice sessions and to use on the show.
The Heavy Horse Camp is THE only event of this type for heavy horses, and a unique opportunity to open up doors, and find skills and confidence you didn't now you had!
