The Shire Horse Society has learnt of the passing of Mr Bill Whiteside of Wrea Green and Newton. Mr Whiteside was a life member of the Shire Horse Society, dedicating his life to his deep love of Shire horses. Beyond his passion, he was a devoted and much-loved Husband, Dad, Grandad, and Great Grandad. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.
Mr Whiteside's funeral will be held on the 21st April at 3:30pm at Lytham Crematorium, Regent Avenue, Lytham St Anne's, FY8 4AB.
The family would love for a Shire horse to either take Mr Whiteside on his last journey, or to be there in honour of him. Please contact the Shire Horse Society if you can be of assistance. Thank you.
