We wrote to all members in November to politely remind them that membership renewals were due by 31st December 2024. If you are a life member or have an annual direct debit no further action is needed, if not please renew your membership via our website, or by returning the renewal form sent out in November. Full members gain free entry to the show, on all three days, on production of their membership badges.

For 2025, membership badges will have a scannable QR code on the back of them, which allows the badge to be scanned once a day for three days, and will act as an entry ticket. If a member is not able to produce their membership badge at the gate they will have to purchase a ticket for entry, there will be no exceptions.

Membership badges will be sent out in the January/February mailing to all members current at that point.

Horse exhibitors and traders will be issued with QR coded wristbands which must be scanned to gain entry, and then worn at all times.
